  • Payment by Mail (Cheque)
  • Payment by PayPal: you do not need a PayPal account. Simply send me your email address and I will “request payment” from you.
  • Payment by E-transfer. Simply request this method by placing your order (below) and asking for E-transfer or by using “Get in Touch” on the Contact page.

Postal costs will vary according to size of book, quantity of books ordered, and destination of the order.
